Boulder Area Market Update Report – November 2018

Commercial Real Estate sales volume of $708M with 134 transactions YTD in 2018 is down 14.1% compared to sales January-October 2017 with 205 transactions worth $824M. Residential Real Estate sales for $587M YTD in 2018 are up 6.6% compared to sales January-October 2017 of $551M. Sales Taxes are up 3.3% YTD compared to taxes collected January-October 2017.
