Annual Market Report 2021

RMCB Annual Report Image

In 2021 many counties across Colorado, commercial real estate inventory became as limited as residential inventory. Properties that had been on the market for years, finally sold, with great velocity in in each quarter. We saw a variety of types of commercial properties transactions including:

  • Multifamily Developments
  • Industrial Buildings
  • Medical Real Estate
    Land
  • Retail Shopping Centers

Buyers were both current local owners, second home owners, as well as larger investment groups from around the country who became interested in the Mountain Regions after 2020.

Property moved fairly quickly throughout 2021, sometimes closing within days, and often selling before they were even listed.

Q1 2022 has seen even more increased activity across our regions!
