Commercial Real Estate sales volume of $691K with 3 transactions YTD in 2018 is slightly down 1% compared to sales Jan-July 2017 with 2 transactions worth $685K. Residential Real Estate sales for $6.1M YTD in 2018 are slightly down by less than 1% compared to sales Jan-July 2017 of $302M. Sales Taxes are up 4.3% YTD compared to taxes collected Jan-July 2017. New commercial real estate development projects include a new proposed downtown hotel and RV Resort that is being negotiated with the city of Alamosa.
