As a seller, Alamosa County Economic Development Corporation was extremely satisfied with the job that Porter Realty did to sell our property. Valuation can sometimes be an issue of trust in real estate transactions and getting good advice for where a property should be priced is key to both getting the most out of a property and ensuring a timely sale. I felt like we got exactly the advice we needed for both throughout our listing, leading to the sale that made both buyer and seller happy.I also feel like we got the attention that was required to sell the property that you would expect from a listing agent leading to a discussion with the eventual buyer. From our experience, I can absolutely recommend Porter Realty if you have commercial property to sell.
