Brian Bray

Born and raised in western Colorado, Brian Bray is a fourth-generation member of Bray Commercial Real Estate, which was founded in 1946 by his great-grandfather, Sherman Bray. With over 13 years of commercial real estate experience, Brian Bray serves both clients in the Grand Junction area. He is an entrepreneur by heart and uses this passion to help his clients obtain their real estate goals.

Brian Bray joined Bray Real Estate in August of 2004. As Managing Broker at Bray Commercial Real Estate, Brian specializes in commercial/industrial sales, leasing, land development, business opportunities and investment properties.

Professional Background

Since beginning his work at Bray Real Estate, Brian focused his first five years in residential real estate. While working the residential real estate arena, he worked with a large range of properties. He also expanded his knowledge in working with small farm and ranch properties to 6000-acre mountain recreation properties. In 2009, Brian Bray transitioned his focus and efforts to the commercial division. In 2015, Brian Bray became the Managing Broker of Bray Commercial Real Estate.

Memberships & Affiliations

Throughout his years at Bray Real Estate, Brian Bray has managed to stay at the top in terms of real estate sales in his firm. Most recently, Brian received the Bray Commercial Platinum Sales Achievement Award for his accomplishments with 9.2 million in commercial real estate sales production during 2014, and the same Platinum Sales Achievement Award for his accomplishments and 8.6 million in commercial real estate sales production during 2016. Although his experience is broad, Brian Bray is exclusively a commercial real estate agent.

Brian Bray continues to broaden his sphere of influence by actively participating in numerous organizations such as Grand Junction Area Realtors Association, Rocky Mountain Commercial Brokers, Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce, Realtors Land Institute, attending GJARA Government Affairs meetings, participating in various energy forums and any opportunity to broaden his knowledge of commercial real estate.


Brian Bray earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Mesa State College.


Brian Bray is married with five children. He loves spending time with his family at their cabin plus hunting.
